Dude, I have FIOS. The signal quality is great; the media guide sucks. I used to have Time Warner Cable and I really miss the ease of finding programing. Here's the problem. While the media guide is packed with features, it has too many features that take too much time to sift through. I dont want to spend a half hour finding a tv show. Second, the info is often wrong or missing. Third, there are no movie ratings (****), which was a feature on Time Warner that I REALLY miss. Finally, there is a big lag in scrolling down channels, and it often will get stuck then speed up skipping many channels. Verizon still has a long way to go with content management. With 600+ channels, its important.
They are poor in sending channel line up changes or enhancements
PDF files are not printable
Isn't there a printable guide available somewhere?
