Verizon FiOS Increasing Its Speed
Verizon FiOS is indeed building momentum. Verizon FiOS added 303,000 FiOS TV subscribers in the 4th quarter of 2008 and a total number of 1 million in 2008.
In the same quarter, FiOS reported 282,000 homes added FiOS high-speed data for the internet. A growing trend is being seen of many consumers dropping their landline telephones altogether and using their cells as their primary phone.
Verizon FiOS has been working hard to spread their services and it looks like it may be working. All things said, a pretty good quarter of growth for Verizon FiOS.
