I was a bit disappointed or shall I say totally disappointed when I tried to subscribe to GMA PinoyTV. I first tried subscribing through the box top and the system said that I have to wait a few moments while is processed. Didn't work. I called Fios Tv and was told no order was put through for the service. Told they will add. After one day didn't happen. Called Fios TV again, given the run around from tech support back to customer service then back to tech support. Seems like Verizon's Fios customer service lacks the same quality support of their Wireless Service. There was one point that it seemed like the customer service rep didn't want to deal with me so he sent me back to tech support. While the tech support was nice and told me that GMA Pinoy TV was available, I still have to have cust service put the order through. The tech support sent me back to the original cust service. Guess what, I was on hold for 1 hour and finally gave up. After three weeks, I tried to order GMA Pinoy TV through my box and still I get the "You are Not Subscribed to" message....Can't Verizon Fios TV get it right....
